What payment methods do you offer?

We currently accept Apple Pay, American Express, Visa, Master Card and PayPal.

How can I be sure that your website is safe?

As Coco's Box is powered by Shopify; the safest e-commerce platform to date, we can guarantee you that by using our website, your experience is completely safe.


Upon delivery, we ask that you confirm that you have received your product. This is important as it gives both parties (yourself and us) a date of receipt. If you do not confirm delivery after 30 days, we will assume that you have received the product. If for any reason you do not receive your product, please notify us of this error and we will track down the order for you and find out the problem.

What is your returns policy?

  • Accessories must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unworn.
  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. 
  • Items must have all tags attached and packaging still attached.

What I got is not what I ordered.

If by the off chance you haven't received what you ordered, we would firstly like to sincerely apologise for this oversight. We would ask you to send the product  back to us via post. Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item to you or refund you dependent on your choice.

How long until I receive my new product?

Most of our products make a big journey across the seas to get to your door. This means that it can take between 7-21 days for your brand new accessories to arrive in your hands. However don't fret! The time will fly by and it'll seem like no time at all before you're showing off your newest necklace and handbags to all your envious friends.


You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your order. If you do not cancel your order within this time, it will be processed for shipment and sent to you. If upon receiving our accessories you haven't fallen in love with your choice, you can still return the product within 14 days as long as you have confirmed the product's arrival

We support you; our valued customer, before, during and after purchasing the product. If you have any queries before you buy the product, feel completely free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we see your message. Once we have processed your order, we will send you a tracking code so that you always know where your product is. After receiving the product, if you have any questions or issues, we encourage you to again contact us.
